1. FINAL SALE ON OPENED PRODUCTS Due to health and hygiene regulations (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)), the right of withdrawal is strictly excluded for dietary supplements where the original seal has been broken or tampered with after delivery. Once the seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return or refund.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS If the product remains 100% sealed and in its original packaging: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracked shipping. We do not provide return labels. A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover original processing and handling.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ISSUES We do not offer refunds or exchanges for: Subjective matters such as taste, texture, or "lack of results." Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the safety or integrity of the supplement. Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
4. DAMAGED GOODS In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, you must provide clear photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt to ascendlab.eu@gmail.com.
